What could be better than driving a bunch of Porsches around Miami? Driving a bunch of plug-in hybrid porsches around Miami to raise awareness about environmentally friendly vehicles for #drivethetowngreen! It’s exactly what The Collection Miami did for Earth Day this year.
Honestly, Miami is a pretty good looking city, and Porsche makes some good looking cars. It was all smiles as The Collection took off on a tour of Miami in 3 Panamera E-Hybrids, and a Cayenne E-Hybrid.
Whether at the Wynwood walls in our featured image, or Coral Gables, the crew took pictures to document the fun trip for Earth Day. The Panamera S E-Hybrid is environmentally friendly, but still makes 333hp from it’s supercharged 3 liter engine, which provides effortless torque on it’s own. Add a 95hp electric motor to the mix and you get 416 horsepower and a stump pulling 435 pound feet of torque! It also has the ability to go around 20 miles on electricity only at up to 83mph! The Cayenne has similar performance as well. The hybrid models have acid green brake calipers and badging outlines, just like their cousin the 918 Spyder.
If you like the cars and are more interested in them, drop by The Collection Miami to see the cars. Performance and efficiency can definitely go hand in hand.
Big shout out to Christy and the crew at The Collection Miami for sending me these shots.
